I have the same computer as my little brother. Just when we got the computers, i realized something weird. His computer’s wifi is running fine. But my wifi runs VERY bad. I can’t install anything, cause it stops just when the download starts, and with some wifi’s i can’t even enter a browser, which my brother can. I need help solving this, cause i can’t use my computer to anything online.
Hi @duckydasher , Have you checked the status of the WLAN adapter in Device Manager? Have you got the latest WLAN drivers, appropriate to your WLAN adapter model installed? (click on driver and then scroll down to find the Wireless LAN (WLAN) driver download) Since your WiFi connection is not working try connecting via an ethernet cable connection to download the drivers or download them to your brother’s computer and then transfer them over using a USB drive.
