My 3ds won’t charge the battery, I’ve tried multiple chargers and a docking to try it, but notting works. I think it has something to do with the charge port but I am not sure.
@dpesser , David, could be a faulty charge port, first check for dust debri and blow it out, also look inside to see if contacts are bent and straighten with a pin if bent.
