Macbook Retina 12 A1534 Hi, I have replace a couple of keyboards recently on the 12" Retina, and the customers have got back to me to say sometimes pressing one key will cause another key to work (for example, pressing the “N” key triggers the “/” key). I am not to sure why this is, and have asked them to return this under warranty. The keyboard was tested and working fine before and after fitting, and they have only received it in the past couple of days, so I doubt it is liquid damaged. Anyone else experienced this issue before? The keyboards for this model seem genuine, so I am not sure why this is happening. Thanks.
I don’t know but I ran into one Retina that I replaced the keyboard on and after a year the power on button failed. Here’s my experience on that one: Will not power up unless SMC reset is done Here’s my source: http://www.ebay.com/itm/231612199273 I requested that iFixit carry these @kaykay but have not heard anything on it yet.
