Follow a drop on a hardwood floor the mouse works intermittently. Will work, if connection established, for a while as long as not picked up and moved. On/off light either works, doesn’t work, or flickers when trying to reconnect. Change of batteries does not change situation. Possibly a connection loosened by being dropped to floor. Can it be fixed?
mtuck205, yes, based on the symptoms you describe, it is possible and very likely that you have some loose component. Unless you open it up, use this teardown for some direction, we will never know.
