Chosen Solution
I was following the video to replace the fan. I just got the fan and changed it but I have a new problem. When attempting to reinstall the screen, there were screws on it that couldnt come off. Only closer inspection, I saw gold (what I call mount screws) attached to the bottom of the screws. Using a few tools, I was able to separate the mount screws from the screen screws. Now… there is nothing for me to screw the screen back into the laptop.

may be use some super-glue to glue the gold to the plastic. May work or not… Try using double-sided tape to affix the scree/cover. Or use some clear tape.
