When turned on it just keeps loading the phone logo over and over. How can I resolve this issue?
There are two reasons that this could be happening: 1- The software is corrupt or a bad root: you can try to reset the phone, beware that you will lose all content. Motherboard could be faulty and will require to be replaced. 2- Memory is to full plug to a computer and download all the unnecessary files and delete from your phone.
