My MacBook Screen has a broken LCD and I don’t want to spend over $400 for a Display Assembly. If anyone could find a trustworthy site, I’d greatly appreciate it. I found laptopscreens.com but am unsure if it’s trustworthy. Any other sites you can recommend that I can fully trust without spending a ridiculous amount of money?
Frankly, I’ve now gone to iFixit.com. Yes sometimes they are a bit high, but I only have to buy it once and install it once and it’s got a lifetime warranty! I’m exhausted with dealing with untested parts, shipping parts back, and testing parts for lazy suppliers. My time is worth a lot to me. My customers are happier because I can deliver on time without excuses. I just love these guys on eBay who are more than willing to give me my money back and don’t even want the part back ( a sure indication that they used me to test their part). Exactly what machine are you looking at? Let do some shopping. There are five A1398 15" 2015 models. http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-loo…
http://www.powerbookmedic.com/ Much cheaper and they are a reputable site. Im sure @oldturkey03 @danj and @mayer can vouch for me on that.
@iapple , iApple, The iFixit store may have a replacement display for your Mac Book Pro 15" and I believe the replacement part carries a life time warranty. Use the link below, select your model and check out the pricing and availability. Use the 2nd link for possible LCD/display replacement guide. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button. https://www.ifixit.com/Store/Mac/MacBook… MacBook Pro 15" Repair
