It’s been a few months, but the last time I updated my laptop it refused to turn on, and I have no clue on what to do. Or how to fix it.
You could try this…. https://support.google.com/chromebook/an… Note this will clear any files you may have stored locally on your chromebook (downloads folder) and it will be like it was when you first got it. Also I hope you remember your google login/password or don’t mind creating a new one.
