Hello, my monitor suddenly went black and i can still see faint light that shows better in a dark room, everything is black inculding on screen controls and logo so problem not from pc or cable Any ideas?
The monitor is asus pg27uq
Hi @netron How long did you purchase it ? had you tried with another input on the monitor ? e.g. hdmi or displayport? normally when you disconnect the cables, there should be no signal found … does it display normally? normally monitors it should have 3 years warranty https://www.asus.com/me-en/Monitors/ROG-… I would suggest you to send in for service if you still have warranty.
