My whirlpool washer wtw4800bq1 only works on delicate cycle. I have replaced the dogs with new kit and I have reset several times. Yet, it will only complete a wash if I set to delicate cycle.
Hi @jake4466 , Here’s the tech sheet for the washer. This shows how to get into the diagnostic test modes. Try manual test modes 3, 3a & 3b as described on p.13-14 as this tests the heavy agitation function (see bottom of p.9 for requirements for the heavy agitation test) Hopefully this is of some help.
