The best source is forum.gsmhosting.com. You’ll have to search around the various forums to find everything you need. If you plan on seriously fixing phones via the schematics (micro-soldering repair), then you should consider getting an annual subscription to one of the schematic/boardview tools, such as ZXW Tools, Easy-Draw or Five-Core Platform. These have much better workflow between the schematic and the boardview.
