Chosen Solution
I cannnot remove the mixing bowl from tbe mixer, i have tried the lock and unlock tab.
I have a kitchen aid mixer. mine locks the bowl in by turning the bowl clockwise and unlock turning counter clockwise. Grasp the handle and see if it turns.
