rework station nozzles: im looking for angled 6m nozzles for my rework station, I can’t find them anywhere! Can you help? Also I’m struggling with my tweezers, I’ve been chasing tiny fuses and caps around with a syringe needle as I can’t find anything small enough! What tweezers do you recommend? Many thanks Simon

A lot of times I use an xacto knife. Those little cutting knives with a small blade

what rework station do you have? I recommend any cheap tweezers you can find or check out Louis Rossman’s recommendations on any of his youtube videos.

I personally use tweezers that came with a cheap soldering kit I bought, they are ESD safe and about the same size as the ones you can get in the ifixit store. Buy more than one set of tweezers as they do not like heat and will probably warp the tips the first time they are used. Also if you are chasing the components you may want to cautiously turn down the air flow on your station and up the heat. I am waiting to make a little more money until I invest in Hanko hot tweezers. They seem to be the best for working caps and filters on small boards. As far as the nozzle goes I use the smallest one that came with my rework station Kohree 110V LED Digital 858D SMD Hot Air Rework Station Solder Blower Heat Gun. It has done well for me so far.

tweezer = dumont 0203-0-P0. They bend easily so you have to be careful with them, but they are the finest tips you can find. Nozzles are available on ebay.
