hello I have this Microsoft Lumia 650 that I got today. when I try to turn it on when it’s plugged in, nothing happens it just vibrates every time I press the power button and that’s it. I was thinking if that’s a because of a bad battery, but I don’t really know what to do with it. any ideas? thank you
Kapy where did you get it from today and what is the history. This could be a bad screen. It vibrates because it does not display anything (broken display). It could also be that a hard reset will resolve that. Try to Google hard reset Lumia 650 and follow those directions. Let us know what you find out.
