My iPhone 6 microphone not working on phone call but its works in another apps eg. whatsapp, siri, voice recorder and etc. Any idea ?
Is it completely dead or very quiet when it’s not working? Very quiet means either volume is too low, microphone misaligned (only happens if it’s been touched), microphone blocked with dust / debris (brushing and cleaning of the filters on both inside and outside of phone would help.) Is it with speaker mode on or off during calls? Have you tried restoring the iPhone through iTunes (Yes this has fixed it for me once, make sure to do an iTunes backup first).
