where in the bold9700 is the microphone situated, i have the tools to open the phone but not sure where and how to replace the part.
Brian, it’s on the bottom right of your logic board. When you disassemble your phone, it should be under a black rubber stopper looking thing. I attached the images to clarify. Here is the teardown to give you an idea how to get to it. Hope this helps, good luck.
