Chosen Solution

Hello everyone. I started doing iPhone repairs, and micro soldering caught my attention. I am a student, so i don’t have the financial funds for High-end equipment. Is micro soldering even doable for me? And which equipment should i begin with? Any recommendations would be great.

Glad to hear you want to get into microsoldering! The first piece of advice I’d like to offer is, do not practice repairs on customer devices. Get donor devices that you can mess up and practice on. It takes a lot of practice to get a hold of it. As far as what repairs or equipment to start with, that’s up to you and your skill level. One person may recommend Hakko, another may recommend Quick.
