Hi, Reading through the User Guide for your model, it seems that the phone itself doesn’t have an Answer Message facility. The Voice Message section refers to how to establish and use a subscription Voice Mail service provided by your phone service provider. Here is a link to the User Guide for your phone. You may wish to contact Uniden to confirm that the phone itself doesn’t have an Answer Message facility.
