My 32” Sony LED Smart Tv have a problem in which the menu button keeps on appearing and disappearing by its own and sometimes changes the button from HDMI1 TO HDMI2 or TV Screen to Screen mirroring ,volume button increasing etc all by itself. What will be the reason and what will be the repair price? Any help please.
I got the same problem and I fixed it by removing the cable between the TV buttons and the motherboard, moisture or something like that penetrated to the buttons and started messing with everything, if you want to keep your buttons then first you need to remove the cable to make sure that the problem is located there and clean them up.
