I am trying down laod from yoytube red and they are saying to free up space but there is more enough for the videos. (It’s cheap phone the I just got for music)
Hi, What is the make and model number of the phone? Have you got an SD Card inserted and “mounted” in the phone to give you more storage capacity? Check in Settings > Storage to see if there is an option to enable the SD card as the “default write disk” By default Android downloads to the phone’s internal storage (not the SD card) and this may not be enough.
