Chosen Solution
So, funny story but I’m not laughing, my girlfriend tried turning the oven off. But, it only goes one way. Which resulted in the variable resistor, knob, to break. Now it constantly spins, and my oven is constantly turning off and on. I did ask here, before I did any further research, which I plan on doing now
