Hi guys, I just bought a new pair of Mackie CR3 speakers on amazon. I set it up, turned it on, and for some reason the volume is extremely low, but it works perfectly when I connect headphones. Its not connected to any interface but directly into my pc via aux cable. I also tried the red and white aux cables but still. I tried wiggling the l/r switch, Plugging headphone in and out quickly but still nothing. Can anyone help me? Thanks in Advance.
Probably solved or moved on by now, but there seems to be a design fault with the passive/active switch. Me and my neighbor both have a pair of these and both are experiencing the same issue. I’ve read some people have fixed it by opening them up and finding the loose cable and setting it back in place, imma try that next.
