The washer will not move out of sensing mode into wash mode.
Craig Honeycutt , Use the diagnostic mode on your washer to retrieve error code/s which will aid in finding the problem of machine. I recommend you check all wires and connections/plugs in washer for corrosion, damage, loose. Find below links on how to retrieve error codes and an error code explanation/troubleshoot link.
