I was using my MacBook Pro without Battery & with Power Adaptor. I was holding MacBook on My Laps. while using it i just transfer MacBook from my lap to a my working desk. suddenly my hand slips & the power connector goes off from MacBook. as the battery was not inside the MacBook goes switch off. then Till now i am trying to start the MacBook it won’t start with or without battery & power adaptor. My MacBook is out of warrenty. I don’t understand what is tha problem.
Sandy, was your battery charged or not when it happened and could you try to boot your MBP with another AC adapter. Maybe your AC adapter is now faulty and your battery discharged that’s why you can’t power on the unit.
Reset the SMU Unplug the computer’s power cord. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. Release the power button. Attach the computers power cable. Press the power button to turn on the computer. Was there a reason you were running without the battery?
