Two months ago my son spilled water on the table, which went under my MacBook. My MacBook immediatley shut down and after drying out would not come back on. A few days ago i took it apart and cleaned the logic board with alcohol and it magically powered on. The battery is apparently a loss, though. But after a few minutes of running fine off the adapter, it shut down on me. After a few minutes I was able to turn it back on, and then after a bit the same thing happened again. And I have not been able to get it going since. My only thought is that maybe I busted the fans in the process of cleaning, and it overheated, but why am I unable to get it going now? Please help… it’s terribly painful having to live without my MacBook.
