Chosen Solution
Replaced logic board, and trackpad(still not working/registering at all) and then bought new battery- NOW it turns on, chimes, spinning icon and looks like a loading bar starts and suddenly SHUTS OFF??? HELP.
The newer machines don’t come with a DVD disk. Boot up holding down the “r” key to run a repair on the hard drive.
