when my Macbook boots up the screen lights up for a second and then goes black and the laptop goes into sleep mode. Chuck
Try hooking it up to an external monitor and tell us the results and we’ll go from there.
When you add a new screen set it to “mirror” the original - much easier for future use
I have the same problem, when attached to an external monitor or tv, the picture on attached screen is fine. The macbook screen is still black however
its the ac cable same problem and i ripped the cable to piece and then rewired it to see if i was right and now work fine with my time bomd looking ac cable dont wrap the cord try just leving it with less bend as possible.
