Good day, A customer of mine stated that his Mac Book pro 2012 is stuck on a boot loop since it fell flat. He advised that the mac is coming on with the apple logo and a loading circle to the bottom.
Pleasse see the video as reference. Any idea of what could be this issue?
The hard drive crashed! You’ll need to use an external boot drive to test the rest of the system. Using another Mac create a boot drive (USB thumb drive). Even still this system has a few issues missing keys and the displays cover glass is cracked. Its going to take a bit of work to bring this baby back to life.
It could be a damaged hard drive flex cable and connector too.
