Hi, I’ve started using my old Mac (booted to Monterey) again recently, and it seems to never find any bluetooth devices at all, and when occasionally it does, when I try to connect it to my mac, it says bluetooth connection rejected. Any fixes for this? I’ve already tried a smc and pram reset, along with the command ‘sudo pkill bluetoothd’ in terminal, and tried to boot it up in safe mode which didn’t work either. Majority of the times I turn on my computer, my bluetooth even refuses to turn on, only by the command above in terminal can I force the bluetooth to turn on, and be discoverable.
Hi This one is strange isn’t it:-) Have you tried forgetting all your Bluetooth connections Perhaps try reseating the connectors on the WiFi Bluetooth/airport card Also does it still connect to WiFi as they share the same card in the machine You may need to replace the card but we can try a couple more things first Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
