Hi guys, the MacBook Pro is having this weird issue of charging in low wattage (less than 1Watt) according to coconutbattery. The battery health is 95% and cycle count is 25. Apple Genius ran tests and said the battery is failing. YouTube and Louis Roseman makes me believe it’s the logic board. Is it worth going with Apple for the battery replacement or anything else to diagnose and narrow down this problem?
I agree with Louis, probably a current sensing issue with the logic board. I wouldn’t waste money on a battery replacement, it’s the easiest and cheapest fix attempt, but it doesn’t seem it would solve your problem..with data you supplied battery seems to be in working order.
not necessary the problem with logicboard or battery , did you try another charger for example?
