I have a Mid 2012 2.3GHz Macbook Pro and was wondering if the 2.6 or 2.7GHz Logic Boards would be swapable in the 2.3GHz model that I have?? lol
This is very strange. The 2.3 GHz is a model A1398. The 2.6 GHz is a model A1286 The 2.7 GHz is a model A1398, So it looks like you can go to the 2,7 but not the 2.6. Here are the six machines you can go to: http://everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/…
you can upgrade the Logic boards in 2.3 model. check out the site: http://support.apple.com/kb/SP649
