No, but you can pull the drive, put it in an external case an access files that way. You can even boot from the external case on some other macs. (I say some because Apple has gone back to custom installing/updating the OS that works only with certain machines… like the old grey OEM disks). Backup often (now you know why) If this answer is acceptable please remember to return and mark it.
