Hello, I’m Ruwan and I have a 13” MacBook Pro 2017 (non touch bar). And when power is on it will be so hot and won’t bootup. But when use recovery mode by pressing (cmd + R) it will go to recovery mode but over time color pixel marks show up, and eventually it freezes. If you don’t mind can you please check those image please.

And I did figured it out yesterday that the place of the WiFi antenna is getting unusually hot (when is not getting hot it will boot the recovery window) If there a power short and it course the MacBook’s problem. Sadly your logic board has a major failure! Unlike the 15” models your system only offers the Intel intergraded graphics engine within the CPU. I would visit an Apple Store as Apple did have a few extended warranty programs see if they will fix your system under one of them.
