My MacBook Pro accidently took a tumble the other day, and now the cd drive won’t read cd’s. How much would it cost to fix/repair this problem?
May only be a disconnected cable Run Applications->Utilities->System Profiler look under ATA devices. Verify the divice is listed. If it is not the cable is disconnected, damaged or the device may be damaged, only further examination can provide a solution. If this answer is acceptable please return and mark it. Good Luck, N.
