Hello, I need help. My macbook is very hot on lower part. I opened this and replaced thermal past but this continue heating. I have TG Pro installed and have this picture below.
Since you probably don’t have a Flir Cam available it will take a bit more patience, but after removing the bottom cover you’ll have to use your senses to try understand where the excess heat comes from..fingers are good at that unless you cross a scorching hot part..be careful and let us know where the heat comes from ? By the way..does Mac work fine despite overheating ?
Since is it kind of an older Mac, its the battery thats getting very hot. A new battery should help the situation. MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Mid 2009-Mid 2012) Battery
