Can I use SanDisk Ultra 3D SSD for my MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011) with 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor and 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Memory. ? Also, I want to upgrade my ram should I choose 8 or 16 ? What kind of brand do you recommend ?
Yes that SSD will be compatible with this model. In terms of RAM any brand such as Corsair, Kingston, G.Skill and Crucial will be fine. In regards to the amount of RAM, well that depends on your workload but for very light use then 8GB will be enough. However, if you’re planning on doing any sort of editing or dare I say it “gaming” then 16GB would be the best option for you. Regards Luke
