Get a small soft paint brush and a can of can’ed air. Once the cover is off brush the dust off your logic board and the fan’s. Using short blasts of can’ed air blow away the dust and debris. See if that solves things. If not its a bit of work to get the fans out as you’ll need to take the logic board out and will need a new fan unit.
