So basically I watched family guy on hulu (but fell asleep) and when i woke up, I got the “Reserve battery power” pop up on my screen. I close it, plug it in, and go out to the library. I get back, open up my macbook and what did I see? Nothing. Nothing at all. The screen is completely blank. The hard drive spun a little, had a short low-volume beep (not like the RAM beeps) and shutdown. Tried it again, same thing. Tried it multiple times, sometimes with the beep, sometimes without…either way…it’s not turning on. Note: I replaced the hard drive in my macbook with a WD Scorpio Blue or whatever its called. I think there is something wrong with the logic board maybe? I need my laptop to do my homework due on Friday, so any help would be appreciated! Edit: Forgot to mention: I tried resetting the PRAM and everything else, but it won’t work cause the computer won’t even boot…

Went to the apple store - they confirmed what I was scared of…dead logic board.

Unplug it, take the battery out and hold down the start button for 10 seconds. Then put it back together and try starting.
