Chosen Solution
So, I spilt coffee on my macbook and tried to fix it by cleaning it with isopropylalkohol. Right now when the charger is plugged in the fan runs, the red dot is shown and it boots after a while. Unfortunately every time it boots it shows the apple logo and a loading bar which loads to about 1/3 before it shuts down, it then immediately boots up again. It will keep starting, loading and dying until I unplug the charger which it dies. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Sadly, this is a much deeper problem! Your logic board charging logic has issues! This will require someone with deeper skills to diagnose which MOSFET needs replacing and you may also need a new battery as well.
