Hello guys!! I removed the fan of my Macbook, cleaned it and put in the same place. After close the Mac, and press the power button, the Mac work but don’t recognized the keyboard. I switched off the mac and press the power button again. The macbook doesn’t turn on anymore! The magsafe adapter works fine. I don’t know that to do! Somebody have an idea to fix it?
Thank You for answer! After I see a video in youtube, I touch the board connectors of the keyboard with a screwdriver and the Macbook turns on!! I think that the flat cable of the upper case is damaged. It seems very bent. I put the connection of the upper case in the board very very times, and it doesn’t work. Can it be other thing? Now I’m using a Wireless Keyboard, until I know exactly what I have to change in the macbook.
More than likely the top case connection isn’t seated properly. I would disassemble it again and make sure to push this connection in until it feels solid. It’s a bit awkward to do the first few times so I wouldn’t doubt that it might be loose if you haven’t removed the top case a few times. Step 12 in this guide shows the cable I speak of.
Before re-assembling the Mac I would try to power it on, just to make sure it works before you reinstall all of the screws.
