Solved Macbook Air Not Turning On Only Turns On When I Disconnect The Battery Macbook Air 13 Early 2015

I have a Mac book Air 2015 model, that only turns on when i disconnect the battery from the computer itself. when I do plug the charger it shows a green light and then it turns orange. Also i have replaced the battery and logic board still the issue persists.
