hi there, can the RAM on the MacBook Air 2010 13 in be upgraded? are there any vendors which make these memory chips?

No, the ram on every iteration of MacBook Air is soldered onto the logic board making it impossible to upgrade. If you want to upgrade all you can do is get a new logic board with more ram. Hope this Helps
