The fans in my laptop are constantly running even when I have no applications open. As soon as I turn the computer on, they are on full blast and don’t stop no matter what I do. It’s so loud and distracts me from everything I do, can someone please tell me how to stop it from being on 24/7?

Hi everyone, I followed the suggestions above and went ahead and installed TGPro. I think that this app has a much smarter way of controlling the fans. At least when the app is actually managing the fans, in my case the fan speed won’t max out whereas when the System is in control, fans are working at full speed. I have a MBA mid-2011. I know this article is old but I would like to share my log files if anybody here can give them a look. thanks
