I have mac i book g4, but now if i insert dvd or cd it doesnot accept it inside, as if it locked from inside. when i inser my insert it is not going insie. can u tell me how it can work. please help me. regards Namrata Batra (Mob: 0091-7838258627)
i’ve corrected the category - since you have an iBook and not an iMac. since you didn’t provide more informations about the iBook, i could only put it to the category “iBook g4” but you can choose the right model when you click on the “iBook” on the right. your optical drive most likely died and needs to bee replaced here is an example for an optical drive replacement guide
