MY 640lte will not start up
@nickp , Nick , Ensure battery is charged, try another compatible charger/cord if possible. Press and hold the Power and Volume down keys simultaneously for 10-15 seconds. Release and the phone should restart. If this does not do it, you may have to try reset #3 procedure from the link below. Still no go, if under warranty return for repair/replacement/refund.
