I’ve just noticed that pictures/ videos I thought I had saved on my PC 2/3 years ago are not there. I deleted them from my iPhone 4s at the time and have since tried to recover them through ease us but there not there! Could they have been overwritten? Does that mean there lost forever?? Help. Many thanks
If the pictures were deleted 2-3 years ago on the iPhone odds are they have been overwritten if you use your iPhone for a lot of storage but if you don’t there are programs that can recover them and can recover even overwritten files as long as they haven’t been overwritten more than a couple of times’ I use a program called ZAR X and have recovered over 60gb of data from a 32gb flash drive however a lot of the data was broken and unusable but a lot was recovered. The fact that more then the total size of the flash card was recovered indicates that it read through at least one layer of overwriting. Hope this helps
