You might have to reinstall you OS (windows 7) to get access. Try booting a Linux OS and transfer out files you need. and then format and reinstall. Anyone have a second opinion on this issue?
You don’t need to reinstall the Windows 7 OS. You can create a password reset disk to reset the password. Here’s the tutorial.
you can try to remove it with a software call heinz boot cd or something like that.It won’t delete any of your data and it will remove/change your password.*Careful when using that.

normaly you can recover this whit a recover this with a recovery disc, you can make that. Also, (dont know for sure) cant you edit it while in safe mode?
