I have a Ipod Classic 120. I was moving music from library in ITUNES and then Itunes suddenly froze. I could not eject the Ipod because of a frozen screen. I manually disconnected the Ipod and when I did the Ipod said that I have no music but says I have 76 GB used. What do I do?….Thanks!
First off, if itunes froze, close itunes not unplug the ipod. And what you need to do is plug in the ipod and with itunes open, go to the iPod’s page and hit the restore button. This will restore the iPod and should fix the problem. After just put your music on and it should be fine. Hope this helps and good luck fixing!
