I lost my remote so i wasnt able to adjust the screen size. I got a bright idea to do a factory reset and when i did several numbers came up on the screen. Shortly afterwards the screen went black and have had no sound or pic since. It does power up though. Any help will save my hairline!
First of all, I’d be inclined to get a universal remote, assuming there are no buttons on the TV itself (maybe under a cover) that you can navigate the menus with.
