Chosen Solution
So, this has been happening for awhile. I have windows 10 and everytime my computer goes to sleep, or nearly everytime, it wakes up and the mouse doesn’t work. To get it back I usually repair the ATK package… sometimes it works, usually… other times I have to remove and reinstall it. That usually works, sometimes not…. I’m tired of it. I’d like to get down to the bottom of why this is happening and fix it for good.
Hi, Here is a link to the latest Asus Win 10 drivers. Download and install the ATK Package and the Smart Gesture drivers. Install the ATK package first before installing the Smart gesture drivers. Take notice of the Notes: near the top of the webpage regarding the removal/installation of the drivers. Do not be tempted to update all the available drivers at once. Only do the ones mentioned above, so as not to confuse the issue if problems occur. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
